A National Competition Platform to Boost Kalleh’s Cheese Sales Across Iran

When Kalleh’s cheese sales team needed a powerful incentive to energize their sales force across different regions, we stepped in with a bold idea: a competitive league platform where sales teams could name their squads, choose slogans, upload team photos, and track their rankings in real-time. Every day, updated Excel sales reports would feed into the system, updating league tables and intensifying the race for top positions. Winners weren’t just rewarded with prizes — they earned bragging rights too. The project ran for six months, dramatically increasing nationwide sales, all built on WordPress with a fully custom theme tailored to the brand’s needs.
